Valentina is amazing!! Have been doing core strengthening workouts with her since March last year when pandemic hit, she’s helped my severe back pain tremendously. Used to have really bad pains that would wake me up in the middle of the night, but her exercise complex did miracles. Besides she’s the nicest, big hearted and positive person, her energy hits the roof and that’s why you got to love her! Highly recommend.

I was in a car accident with my back pain, could not walk or bend Seth and Dr.Nesterova helped me to walk again and get rid of my pain. Very friendly and professional staff Would love to see them again.

Had a bad car accident in 2023 and I was appointed to see Dr. Nesterova by my doctor. They healed me in the matter of 2 months and were able to put me back on track. I'm deeply thankful to the great doctors and therapists at core strong! I first came to them with frozen shoulder. Valentina prescribed me very effective treatments and massage, and my pain was gone and mobility restored just in a few weeks. Later my doctor prescribed me PT for back and neck pains, and I certainly went to my trusted therapists - Core Strong. I was given a series of treatments that were very effective, and pains were relieved and then gone already after the first few visits. I am infinitely thankful to the wonderful doctor - Valentina, and amazing therapist - Ivis. Core Strong, you are the best!

I highly recommend this physcial therapy clinic! I was referred to Valentyna through my mother's mutual friend. I am a current PTA student and needed to complete volunteer hours in different clinical setting and Valentyna let me sit in at her clinic. Let me tell you she has a lot happy clients that have been going there for years. Not only is she very knowledgeable so is her PTA Serge. When I was there the number if different treatments and manual therapies they perform to help their patients recover was outstanding. You can tell they have a lot of experience by what type of therapies they offer. If you're looking to rehab an injury or deal with any muscle strain, look no further! This place is it!
